Road Construction Near Oak Ridge

Below is information that we received from the Royal Oak City Engineer.
The most significant of this work will take place over the summer, but some of it will impact the end of the school year.
Rochester Road will be under construction from Main Street to 13 Mile Road beginning April 17 and extending to November 2023. One lane of traffic will be open in each direction, but left turns will be prohibited at 12 Mile and 13 Mile Road.
Access to the school parking lots via Lawrence Avenue will be maintained throughout the school year. The crosswalks at 13 Mile Road will also remain open for pedestrians.
